I found Dr Lal online and found a time slot to suit. I arrived on time and was straight in. Dr Lal was very friendly and welcomed us and made coffee. The exam was very straight forward, height and weight, lots of questions on medical and an eye test. My blood pressure was a touch high so I was given advice on where to go and check it later in the week. I didn't feel rushed at all and felt listened to.
